Displays Ordering Information:
- Most items that you view are in stock and available for immediate
shipping.
- Most orders ship FedEx or UPS (delivery in 1-6 business days).
- A $10.00 handling fee is added to orders with "broken" case
packs where case packs are designated.

2. We will bill you if you have established an open account.*
* New house accounts are opened only for first time orders greater than
$500.00. Please call us for a credit application. Purchase orders must
accompany the credit application.(contingent on credit check; trade
and bank references with fax numbers are required).
Customer's
Responsibility: Inspection Upon Receipt Of Order
- Please open and inspect packages for damage immediately upon receipt.
Call our customer service immediately at 1-800-572-2194 with any breakage
issues.
- Please notify us within 5 days at 1-800-572-2194 of any possible damage
which may have occurred in the shipping process.
- We have only 5 days to submit breakage claims with shippers. Keep
all original packaging materials!

Return Policy For Stock Items:
- All returns must be pre-authorized and issued an RMA#. All cartons
being returned must be carefully marked with the assigned RMA#. All
RMA#'s are issued by our customer service department at 1-800-572-2194.
All returned items must be repacked and returned in their original double-boxed
protection to insure proper, unbroken returns for credit. RMA's received
back at our facility that are broken due to insufficient return packaging
will not be credited. Packages being returned must be insured by you
for your protection.
- A 20% inspection, re-boxing and re-stocking fee is applied against
all returned items (returned within 30 days).
For all returns - customer is responsible for payment of both the original
shipping out and all shipping costs back to the manufacturer.
- Absolutely no returns accepted on custom order displays, including
orders with custom text or imprinting.
- Be sure the dimensions meet your needs on large "built-to-order"
display cases. These are costly to ship and return.
